University of the Potomac was founded in 1991. It is located at Washington,DC, Vienna,VA, USA.University of the Potomac is a proprietary institution.It offers certificate programs, Associate of Science, Bachelor of Science, and Graduate program degrees in accounting, international business, government contract management, business, digital forensics, and information technology. It utilizes a continuous-based academic calendar.
The Virginia branch campus was relocated to 2070 Chain Bridge Road, near Tyson’s Corner, in Vienna, VA in 2012. In 2013, Potomac College was renamed University of the Potomac. The school’s new “University” status is the result of years of academic growth for the institution. To accommodate its growth, University of the Potomac relocated its Washington, D.C.
