Grand Canyon University (GCU) offers a variety of degree programs, including undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs. In addition to online classes, Grand Canyon University offers courses on their Phoenix campus, as well as other satellite locations throughout Arizona and the Southwest. The GCU campus has been described by their international students as a home away from home and an enjoyable place to learn and grow. GCU's international students are a vibrant and growing group on their campus with over 250 students enrolled in 2014.

Grand Canyon University is a private, for-profit Christian university. That was founded in 1924. It is located in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.  GCU accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. It provides campus-based as well as online postsecondary education services focused on graduate and undergraduate degree programs in education, liberal arts, business, and healthcare through its eight colleges. #1 goal of GCU Is to help students, find their purpose and achieve their potential through landing the career of their dreams, advancing their career and changing careers.

Grand Canyon University was founded by the Southern Baptist Church, known as Grand Canyon College, its first campus was located in an abandoned armory building in Prescott, AZ. After two years the school relocated to Phoenix, where it has developed a strong reputation as a premier Christian institution. GCU is known for producing some of the #1effective teachers, nurses, health care professionals and fine-arts students in the Southwest. In 2004, the University transitioned out of non-profit status, implementing new business practices to turn around operations. The University community embraced a renewed emphasis on enhancing curriculum and opportunities for working professionals, particularly in the areas of nursing and education.

Today, the University is in the midst of its most exciting era. The student population is growing steadily and the campus is undergoing a $200 million renovation and expansion - including a new 5,000-seat Arena - that is changing the landscape of West Camelback Road.
