Online Education Degrees in Kaplan University


The  Kaplan University was established in 1937 as the American Institute of Commerce with purpose to meet ever-changing needs of the students were prepare now and in the future of their Communities. In September 2004, the Kaplan college officially changed its name to Kaplan University after it was  granted permission then offer graduate-level degree programs.There are more than 43,000 online and campus-based students from local and different parts of the world.

In April 2006, the University's School of Nursing was Awarded ational Professional Bachelor of Science Nursing Degree accreadatation for its Bachelor of Science Nursing Degree.from the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). In October 2007, all seven Iowa and Nebraska-based Hamilton College (Iowa) campuses merged with Kaplan University and are now operating under the Kaplan University brand.In 2010 Kaplan and other for-profit education companies came under scrutiny from the US Congress due to concerns that the industry leaves too many students with heavy debts, and with credentials that are of little help in finding jobs.

Kaplan University is pleased to publish the fifth edition of its annual Academic Report: The Year in Review 2013-2014. Through this report, the university demonstrates its ongoing commitment to student outcomes and to transparency. This edition provides an overview of our progress and contributions to expanding access to higher education. The report focuses on the University's student-centered service and support approach, Their faculty and curriculum, and the ways in which they are innovating, delivering outcomes, and implementing career-focused student learning. Another important fact is that 94% of students  complete their coursework in online programs. Student involvement in co-curricular activities was high, as nearly 5,900 students, or 14%, were members of at least 1 of our 31 registered student organizations.
